​Im Ravi Nadimuttu, Known as Ravi and over three decades, I’ve dedicated my career to building operations that don’t just work—but thrive. From factory floors to executive boardrooms, my passion lies in aligning people, processes, and purpose to drive measurable, lasting change. I’ve led transformation efforts in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and sales across Fortune 500 companies and global markets, but at the heart of it all, I’m a problem-solver who believes that excellence starts with people.
My journey began with an MBA from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and has taken me across continents and corporate landscapes. At Nike, I spent 15 years leading global and regional initiatives, including the deployment of Nike’s Lean Manufacturing Excellence program and Global Lean Logistics System. I coached executives, assessed supplier capabilities, and helped drive sustainable improvements in lead time and performance. Later, at Milwaukee Tool, I led Operational Excellence for a 2500+ person distribution network—standardizing 140+ processes, building a scalable Lean and Quality Management System, and launching a strategy deployment process to align teams and priorities.
These experiences inspired me to found ‘UNLEASH – Your Potential Amplified’, my consultancy focused on Strategy Development & Deployment, Operational Excellence through Lean and Quality Management Systems, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development. I combine deep technical expertise with a people-centric approach to bridge strategy and execution—grounded in empathy, psychological safety, and clarity. Whether facilitating strategic discussions in the boardroom, leading hands-on problem-solving and process optimization on the shop floor, delivering Lean training, coaching senior leaders 1:1, or architecting scalable systems, I remain focused on driving meaningful,measurable outcomes.

I live in Memphis, TN, USA, with my wife and two children. Outside of work, I enjoy jazz, play the conga drums,
and compete in tennis with my varsity-level son.
